Therapeutic massage

Description

It is a stronger massage which results in increased blood flow to the muscles that run down the spine and attach to the vertebrae and shoulder blades. By pressing and massaging these muscles we eliminate muscle knots, which are a result of local metabolism disturbance and prolonged muscle strain.

The whole spine is warmed up, stretched and the mobility of the whole shoulder range is increased. Increased blood flow enables the vertebrae to get enough nutrients. It is an effective method for easing chronic pains. Therapeutic massage is not advised when one has strong osteoporosis or recent injury.
